Taster Pack

The quality of the hay is absolutely brilliant. It smells fresh and is a nice colour. The soft cut Timothy hay is perfect for our young guineapigs, and the meadow hay or Timothy blend will be good as they grow. I felt the course cut Timothy hay was a little firm, and is possibly a risk to their eyes so I will cut that down before I use it.

This is a fantastic idea, and really helped us pick the best hay for out bunny. They samples came with plenty in them.

Our bunnies loved trying the buffet of different hays! Coarse Timothy Hay is the front runner so will be ordering a box

when i opened the taster packs i found that it was really dusty which shocked me.....when i took the hay out all i could get was dust....such a pity as i was looking forward to seeing what hay my guinea pigs would like

It was great to be able to test the different types of hay on my piggies to see which was their favourite. The only problem I have now is that they loved them all! I am so glad that be found these lovely fresh cuts, so much better than shop bought hay.

Taster pack was good as my bunnies usually like the thicker stemmed Timothy hay, which I purchased a box off along with the taster pack but getting this pack has shown they like the softer cut more! It’s lovely and green, unlike my current suppliers hay, which is brown. My test; The first 3 green hays are from haybox, the fourth one which is browner is the other suppliers hay, they still eat that one but not as much as the green soft cut Timothy hay

All the hays were lovely, piggies loved them all, the only slight downside in my opinion was the course timothy and the blend timothy seemed like the same hay. x

Well impressed, parcel came really quickly. Was well packaged & labelled, tried them on my piggies, picked the one they liked the best & ordered . That one arrived today so very efficient, well pleased so far !

Recieved the taster pack with first order, which is a great idea, two nice sample sized received. Both pigs have enjoyed both samples but nit quite as much as the Timothy hay blend ( which was my main order)

Tried the tester as I wanted to see which my rabbits would enjoy more! Still sampling them but they have such amazing quality and actually smell like good hay. I will definetly be getting a subscription when we run out

Didn’t come in a box which was the first surprise considering the company name and was disappointed cause I thought the idea was it was almost a forage box of hay? Also the rabbit much preferred the less fresh looking stuff from pah and sniffed this and bounded off in the other direction?

has a taster pack last time i ordered and there was much more hay in that compared to this time… Don’t get me wrong my guinea pigs loved it, but just wish there was as much as last time as 3 bags didn’t even fill the litter box up.

My guinea pigs love all of the hays. I thought there would be a clear preference but they’ve tucked into each one and ignored their normal hay. Very pleased to let them try before placing an order as I wouldn’t want to have a box that they don’t like.

Ordered tester pack i brought hay from local shops and my rabbit wasn't really eating it and soon as I put the hay down she absolutely took in. It's really fresh and delivery didn't take long either. I've subscribed and order the hay box

Good quality sample pack. Was fresh and good way to see which pack our bunny liked. Four star as I would have like the packs to be better sealed, rather than a single staple.

We have a new bunny who wasn't keen on the hay we usually get from Haybox, so this was perfect to let her try and see what she liked. Much bigger bags than I was expecting so we were able to do a couple of taste tests...and we have a winner which I will be ordering.

very upset that i’ve still not received my order. it’s been over a week now. i order from here regularly and it’s never taken this long. because it’s taking so long i’ve had to order from elsewhere for me to use in the meantime, meaning more money spent!

Great way to find out what hay your bunnies prefer!

A good sample of four different types of hay. I was looking for something very soft for a guinea pig with a mouth problem. All the hay is very fresh and sweet smelling and I have to decide whether I should change from my regular supplier.

The chinchillas are loving the Timothy Hay samples.

Guinea pigs and Skinny pigs loved the hay. Especially the soft Timothy! We had lots of popcorns and happy munching.

Jerry our bunny is enjoying trying out the hay. He is currently enjoying the mixed selection. He don’t normally eat much hay, we have seen a difference already.

Quick delivery and good variety of hay

A good idea to try before deciding on which hay is best for your bunny. One bunny has had problems with his front incissors. He had to have them removed. Needless to say he's not that keen on any hay at the moment. i was good to be able to try him with a couple of the different sorts.

My rabbit loved some of the hay not all. It’s a really good idea so that you can test to see which hay your buns love the most!

Such good quality hay my guinea pigs loved it so much, not sharp nice and soft so no harm to me or the piggies, will be buying more.

Our French lop bunnies loved trying new varieties of hay!

We have been buying the same hay for our very fussy rabbits for years and it has recently been discontinued. We now have the task of finding an alternative hay they will eat. This tasters is perfect because then we can let the bunnies pick their favourite. Brilliant idea!

Have tried all samples side by side but haven't had an empty bowl. The bowls shown in the photo are for 2 rabbits & in 24 hours we're lucky if half has been eaten. We've recently cut down on pellets & veggies under vets recommendation to get them to eat more hay. Unfortunately for the price they don't eat anymore than do of our pet shop hay.

The quality and quantity that l received in the taster pack was amazing! I let my guinea pigs sample each one, and the results were: my guinea pigs was not that interested in the hay, sniffed it a few times and ate a tiny amount. I put some hay in each area of the cage and one of my guinea pigs started sneezing and rubbing his nose, this went on for a while, until l decided to remove the hay from the cage, the sneezing stopped and my guinea pig started roaming round the cage again. I will just accept that l have fussy guinea pigs, which is a shame, because the hay was dust free and very good quality.
