My rabbit loved this. Not sure why, but I was running off with it before I even opened the box. tossing it around, trying to open it. and wants it all the time. just loves it. I will get more in the future.

I’m not sure if it is the new packaging being compostable or the product but my buns are not liking it like they just to and we are finding that it is very dusty as you get closer to the bottom.

I’ve been ordering plantain for a while but Unfortunately the last few batches have been disappointing. It looks nothing like the picture. It’s dark weed like and looks like it’s been dried to an inch of its life.

Never received

Damaged box thrown onto my doorstep. The box had muddy water all over it. 4x5kg of hay had been unsealed and opened which meant it was exposed to anything. The plantain leaves were not sealed and fell out inside the box. Not handled with care.

Our 3 guineas love catching through their hay to find this. Every time we buy it we are never disappointed. We provide a nice pile of hay every morning, it’s either after a full, ‘fleeces out’ clean or a thorough sweep out, because we put clean fleeces in every other day. Either way, by the time it’s all clean all the piggoes are out wheeking for their fresh, forage mixed hay pile! If they’re happy, we are happy!

I was sent dandelion leaves instead of plantain. When I queried this I was told the plantain was out of stock - I was given no option to cancel the order or get a refund. It’s still showing as in stock on the website. Will not order this from here again in case I don’t receive what I ordered again.

Good quality would have been better if it was bigger pieces as it’s quite small bits but my bunny boarders love it.
