Orchard Hay Box

First time buying orchard hay with you. I'm well impressed with the quality and so are my piggys. So impressed I have ordered another box . Only wish I had used you before

Beanie and Jessica who are both 10 years old, love the Haybox Orchard hay. It's very fresh every order. Beanie has a tendency for sludge bladder so I'm very careful to provide him with a low calcium diet. The Orchard hay is a great option so I'm very happy with this new addition to Haybox's products.

My trio of munchkins love the hay from Hay Box. For variety I mix up the Orchard, Meadow and soft cut Timothy hay. The hay is always of good quality and has a lovely aroma. I have been using their hays for a couple of years now and never been disappointed with the quality. The Hay Box company is always very helpful and responds to any queries. So I recommend to others. Thank you for providing an excellent customer service.

I love this hay for my Hamm, soft green and bouncy. He loves to lay in it.

This is fine quality rich hay which I use as a treat for my buns to give them extra enrichment without additional sugars etc. it is strong smelling (for a hay) which means my rabbits will dig to get it out of a closed cardboard tube.

I asked for plastic free and still ended up with it wrapped in plastic. I don't understand why when the world is moving away from single use plastic, haybox now decides to introduce single use plastic which is a step in the wrong direction. Plastic is not breathable and hay needs to breath, in the hot weather the hay sweated the plastic and since being in plastic I have noticed a hell of a lot of dust and wastage in the bottom of the box which can't be used as it is fine dusty powder. Go back to just boxes and do away with the plastic crap

My four guinea pigs absolutely love the orchard hay. They have been spoiled. It always smells fresh and the staff at Haybox go above and beyond especially if you have a query about anything. Thank you Haybox!

I have been ordering my hay and treats from HayBox for several years. I love how easy it is to order, how quickly it arrives and best of all the quality of the hay. My bunny can be fussy about his hay but this type he loves! Also the customer service is brilliant whenever I've had a minor issue. Happy bunny, happy owner!

Finally a hay that doesn't make my bun snotty and another amazing factor my 5 year old bun who is the pickiest rabbit ever when it comes to hay absolutely loves it too Safe to say a larger quantity has been ordered

Product and customer service excellent. Unfortunately let down by delivery, at £4.99 and taking over 72hrs, is lacking compared to competition. Emails were responded to quickly and courteously, and the product is very good. If the delivery can be sorted out, then will use again.

The hay was green and looked and smelt fresh. Poppy, my house rabbit, is on a hay-only diet at the moment, so the quality of the hay is really important. So much of the hay at the moment is brown and not very nice. This hay, mixed with her other favourite, makes me more confident that she is getting the nutrients she needs. Thank you.

Ordered both orchard and meadow hay, and it is great quality, as we're not previous hay purchases from here. I had an issue with my delivery, where the courier inexplicably decided to return my parcel. I emailed the Hay Box to ask if they could reach out and prevent this from happening, but instead, they arranged for a repeat order to be sent out immediately - I received it just 24 hours after I first made contact. It was incredibly helpful and I really appreciated how quickly the problem was resolved.

Really wish they wouldn't wrap it in plastic, please go back to the bigger boxes and have the hay lose in the box. Hot weather makes it sweat and stink musty

I had been ordering from another company and my bunny seemed okay with their hay but I always ended up wasting a lot of uneaten hay. I decided to order from Hay Box this time and she just can't wait to get into the box. She apparently loves your hay a lot. I also noticed that there isn't much waste this time so she is eating a lot, which is a good thing for her. I think I'll continue to order from your company - if my bunny is happy than so am I. Thank you very much.

Changed to the more expensive orchard hay as a trial and the girls love it, so doubled the order.. There’s no waste.

Peanut loves this hay! We had to switch from Timothy Hay as us humans developed an allergy, I had already set up a subscription and decided quite last minute to change and try orchard. It was really easy to change the type of hay in my subscription and within a couple of days we had nice fresh hay! It's also really simple to change your next subscription date or frequency which is handy when you are still figuring out how long it takes to get through a bag

Sent Orchard Hay as a taster pack - lovely and soft my Guinea pigs loved it Also would recommend the Meadow Hay which I’ve had for a number of years .

Have used HayBox for a few years now. My piggies are very fussy and won’t entertain other hays from other companies. Hay always smells good and fresh and delivery is fast. Customer service staff are very helpful and obliging. I won’t buy from anywhere else now. Thank you HayBox!

I can tell this hay is good quality and I'm sure my gang will love it. I was very pleased with the packaging. The way the bags are packed means I can have four types on the go at once, but taking up minimal floor space. Fantastic.

I ordered this hay as a treat for my guinea pigs,it arrived promptly and even though I have to pay customs coming into the country I live in it is worth every penny.the hay is fresh and a firm favourite of my guinea pigs.

A bit pricey and unfortunately my rabbit won't eat it.

Sadly, and so suprisingly my rabbits won’t eat it :( but it looks and smells amazing and I’m going to donate it to a local rabbit & Guinea pig rescue who will hopefully have way better taste than my fuss pots!!

This is the second time I’ve received a bag full of dust and thick, sharp sticks. The hay in colour is brown and stuck together, it doesn’t seem fresh at all.

My boys love the orchard hay. Olly literally dived in! It smells amazing and you can tell it's premium. Gives me confidence my piggies have the best stuff.

very disappointed in the orchard there is more brown than green instead of throwing it in the compost bin i use it as a base in there litter trays and pile the timothy hay on top.

This is my favourite of all the hay offered and one I always go back to now I’ve tried it. It smells great, has a lovely colour and is perfect texture. My 3 Guinea pigs love it.

I was not happy to find a small bag of silicone in the bottom of the bag. Not sure bunny likes it.

As I still haven't received my hay I can't possibly comment. This is despite me contacting you and you advising it would be next day after I had already waited and extended amount of time. This is still showing as collection scheduled. And by the time I get it , its likely to be 6 days past my order day, maybe 7 if I'm lucky. As I use the subscription service I would have expected better and will be cancelling my subscription as the delivery is wholly unpredictable.

Very dusty, we normally have no problems with hay deliveries but this one was 90% dust. Really disappointing as this has now triggered allergies

The sample was rather small, to be honest I expected a bit more than just a handful for the price. But very good hay and I will consider ordering as well next time.

I mix the orchard hay with the timothy corse hay and all 3 of my bunnies love it. I like that the hay now comes in bags as it is so much easier to store.

The bunnies really love this hay! It’s lovely and green and smells great. The only down side is that they love it so much, they drag it around the room making such a mess!

Nice and soft, but in my opinion, best for beddor litter boxes... think the piggies need a bit more crunch for their teeth.

Was worried as I had read reviews about the product being dusty and it was being sent in new plastic packaging. The hay was perfect and although it was sent in plastic packaging I think I prefer it as it takes up a lot less space. It’s sent in a box too so you could empty it out. Bonus was they were out of 2.5 and sent 5kg instead.

Bought 2.5kg box which arrived on a plastic bag this time! Sadly, it has given the hay a minty smell! Not the best quality as lots of muddy clumps within the hay

Sadly, since the hay has started being vacuum packed, it’s become hard and scratchy compared to the lovely soft green looking hay that I used to receive.

Another great hay, my bunny Ricky enjoyed it very much.

Big fan anyway but after a few delivery problems where it would arrive damaged but the couriers I’m happy to say the new packaging is brilliant!

Quality Hay, swift delivery time, but i am considering trying other supliers as the delivery cost is now half the cost of the hay. I have been using Hay Box for several years and to begin with this was not a problem as delivery was half the amount now. I have been looking at various other suppliers and have found cheaper delivery and products sadly. These are difficult times and we have to shop about

Same thing with this box I never had problem first order. This is first time ever I've found nearly 2kg of dust in the each 5 kg box, i made complaint about it no response yet, received 2 kg of dust isn't far for me because i run out of hay, and not for my bunnies health due to high volume of dust, one of my bunny being highly allergy with dust he gets sneezing alot. Not nice sending faulty stuff and not able to get changed or replaced. neither a response from complaint. Not a happy customers
