Timothy Hay Cookies

Super useful for those long work days and i want to be sure that they have enough hay to last until I get in and top it up again. These hay cookies never last long!

Peanut loves these hay cookies! It takes him quite a while to eat so is a great way to keep him occupied and also good for keeping his teeth ground down properly

Flump is obsessed with these hay cookies - as soon as we put a new one out for him, he puts his gnashers straight to work. After a day or two there's usually no trace of the hay cookie ever existing!

These keep getting taken into their beds and being hidden so I know they are very happy with them. As the hay is pressed it also helps with their teeth as they have to gnaw on them.

This time they arrived damp and brown bag not sealed as adhesive o the seal too damp. Serious issues with this works delivery, as well as the hayooking like a bag if hay bought anywhere. Very disappointed with where this company is going. Not impressed!

Placed my order last Friday and finally my order came on the Wednesday. Half my order was missing! Very different to the previous service I’ve received and with the new changes I’m wondering if the company I always recommended to people has changed hands. When I called the following day I was told replacements were being sent out the same day and I would definitely receive the missing hay cookies before Monday. I needed them before this date as I’m going on holiday and needed to take the hay cookies with me to the person who is watching my rabbits. It’s now Sunday evening, I’m boarding a plane first thing and my hay cookies will likely now be thrown over the fence by dpd sometime in the week as my order status still says they are waiting to receive my parcel. I loved this company because it was also plastic free packaging. But alongside their level of service this is a change they have made too. I’m really hoping this was a one time bad experience, but I am completely let down and dubious about ordering again in the future.

Bernadette has a metabolism disorder meaning she can’t have many things to eat safely other than Timothy hay, with these cookies she gets so excited like they are treats, and recently when she was poorly and didn’t want to eat her other hay, she was still willing to eat these hay cookies. You would think all Timothy hay cookies would be the same right? Well not according to Bernadette! Only the ones from Hay Box get her this excited and eager to nom them.

I usually buy hay sticks from Amazon for my bunnies to chew, and they love them. But these hay cookies at Haybox were so much cheaper so I thought I'd give them a try. Same thing, different shape, right? Wrong! My bunnies hate these cookies. They turned up their noses at them and refuse to eat them. Considering my girl bunny will eat anything under the sun, that's saying something. I'm definitely sending these back.

Ordered these for the first time and the bunnies really love them, I wasn't sure how many came in a bag so ordered 3! There are roughly 14 in a bag. Good size, my bunnies took at least an hour to eat them!
