The first batch was brilliant - I suspected my adopted mini lop had an issue with soya in commercial grain free pellets and after a month on these his ISC has massively improved without the unwanted weight loss on a hay only diet. My only issue is the next bag I received has an incredibly large quantity of dust from broken pellets so given the cost of shipping it isn't great given I can't feed a lot of it.
Sara P.
Nothing like the photos. Much bigger, rabbits aren’t impressed.
A Y.
My bunny prefers the nuggets of other brands but I’m guessing these are healthier for him
Emily W.
I have received my order from yourselves. Normally I have no issues it’s always perfectly packaged however I received my order this time and the bag of kibble is burst. First time ordering the pellets and I hope to persevere.
Shirley B.
I am pleased with the quality of the pellets and the fact they are 100% grasses and my rabbits enjoy them.
However unfortunately in my recent delivery all 3 bags of pellets were split open, the plastic inspection window on each pack had become detached from the brown paper pack and there was a quantity of pellets loose in the outer delivery box. As this has happened to each pack, perhaps you may consider returning to the all-paper packaging.

The buns love these over all others! We love HayBox ♥️
Gergana D.
My rabit love the pellets ,we feed her for the last few years. So satisfied with the order and the quality
Jade K.
I moved my 5 buns over from excel to these, I was worried as they can be fussy but they absolutely love them!
I feel good knowing I'm feeding them good quality nuggets with nothing else added!
Francesca S.
After my buns all having a bout of stasis I really wanted to improve there diet. I saw a lot of reviews saying how great the ingredients are but a lot of bunnies didn’t take to the food. I brought a bag to try out and yes at first none of mine where interested (no surprise as they where used to the cereal/grainy burgess foods) I found out they have a lot of sugars so no wonder they went mad for it. After about a week ALL of my buns love these pellets now! They go mad for them. So deffo don’t give up when they turn there nose up at these pellets at first, rabbits are sensitive to food changes and can take them a while to adapt! So happy they are on a better natural diet now. Cold pressed pellets are great during moulting months too! Thank you hay box.
Gemma N.
Our two bunnies absolutely love these pellets and would most certainly give them 5*! As free roaming rabbits, I toss a couple of handfuls over our lawn most days for them to forage, a great way to mimic their natural behaviour. As soon as they hear the packet, they come running! Love how they are packed with natural ingredients too, no artificial rubbish. Really urge you to try them, I’m so glad we did.
Sharon K.
Love the quality
Only negative is I wish you could offer a bundle of 4 pack of pellets instead of just three I always end up having to buy one extra pack to get me through the 6 wks
Claire-Louise T.
Love these... took a while to ween our bunny onto these but now he loves them.
Rebecca P.
Unfortunately neither my rabbits or Piggies liked these. They also don’t look like the picture they are different shapes…. Unless I was sent the wrong ones!
sarah v.
Our Bunny had been very ill over the Coronation Weekend with gut status. Night vet, meds and an IV cost us nearly £1000. We never thought his old brand of nuggets was to blame but a conversation with a family member who also has a Bun put us onto these instead. Fingers crossed he's been much happier. They're free from nasties like cereal, additives etc and although he'd eat them 'til the cows come home' we use them as treats. Love the resealable bag too to stop moisture. He will literally run to us when we shake the bag. Other Bunny-Mrs Bun- wasn't as keen at first but happy her 'HusBun' now has his own seperate bowl as he will scoff the lot if given the chance.
Janice
Really good quality but as I’m still weening him off commercial pellets he’s not as interested as he could be yet…
Tanya H.
My rabbits are not eating it but I'm hopping they will in time .
Laura
Best pellets for rabbit, now the only pellets out Rabbit will eat
B J.
have been giving these to our bunnies for ages, they love them, and always arrive in well packed and really fast delivery ,shall keep on using, thank you Haybox
Cheryl
My 3 bunnies absolutely love these.
Philip
Lovely and green the Buns love it
Angie
my rabbits love them
Christina C.
My rabbits don't love these, BUT one of my rabbits was a bit overweight and I'd been giving them a rabbit treat that I thought was healthy (fenugreek cookies) but then when i read the ingredients they had high fructose corn syrup in them! So i think they developed a sweet tooth and are less impressed with these presumably more healthy and nutritious pellets. They prefer the crunchy petshop ones but I am happy that they get more goodness from these
Amanda S.
Rabbits are loving these, which isn’t surprising when you read all the lovely ingredients!
Jade
Very good value for money
Carole S.
First time of buying these pellets, so far they skirk around their bowls for the regular nuggets but I'm persevering, think they'll get use to them eventually.
Heather
They were bigger than I expected and my bunny isn't too keen either.
Jade
Great value for money
Lynne C.
Again, my bunnies were on a different food and there was always some left so I tried these pellets. They run to their bowl and there is never any left. Infact I have had to reduce the amount because they would eat more given the chance.
Christina C.
Both enjoying the pellets! It took a while for them to get used to them compared to the harder mainstream petshop pellets but I am assuming that is because these cold pressed pellets are better for them, and a bit like us adjusting from fast food to more healthy food - at first you crave the fast food but then you love the healthy food even more once you get used to it.
Katie S.
We needed to slowly wean our Netherland Dwarfs from the 'muesli' brand they came with onto this more natural pellet diet. They weren't so interested at first (obviously preferring the sugary, less healthy option they were used to!) but now both absolutely love these pellets, so much so each morning they're at the hutch door waiting for their bowl to be topped up!
Will also add, they are the smallest rabbits and they do not struggle with the size of the pellets whatsoever. Infact, one loves taking a pellet out at a time to nibble & gnaw on it, which can only be a good thing for their teeth!
So happy all round ☺
Christina C.
The rabbits didn't like it at first, but now they love it. Its probably healthier for them than the dry pellets.

Post Delivery failed due to not knocking on my door. Had to walk 2 miles from the shop it was dropped at. All 3 items were damaged.
Jan O.
Mr Bunnybuns loves his nuggets, he will wait and eat these larger size nuggets last after he has finished his greens.
Safia N.
My boy bun doesnt mind these pellets too much, but my girl bun (the real foodie who will eat almost anything) turns up her nose at these the second she sees them and just walks away. I believe they are too healthy for her...haha...she'll come round when she realises she is not getting the unhealthy pellets anymore. The downside of these pellets is the huge mess they make, unlike pellets from another brand which are much more compact and pressed and smaller, so the entire thing goes into their mouths and there are no powdery crumbs everywhere.
Clare C.
Our bunny loves these!
They look nice and healthy and with only one rabbit, it lasts quite a while.
Definitely recommend.
The only thing that puts me off Haybox is the delivery charge. I would be much happier if it wasn’t so expensive.
Christine R.
My 4 small and elderly rabbits all seem to like these pellets. They have an impressive ingredient list, so presumably full of goodness, and the rabbits aren't bothered by the size of them.
Gilly C.
Nothing like the picture and too big for my rabbits mouth. Disappointingly I ordered 3 bags and I emailed over 2 weeks ago and nobody has replied... which is unusual for haybox... but maybe there were more than a few of us in this situation.
Angela L.
The pellets are too big.
The picture shows them being small and round. These are big and in a shape of a cross. And they smell. My bunnies don't like them. Won't buy them again.
Gemma W.
My rabbits are not fussed on these pellets but going to keep trying!
Karen G.
Thay don’t eat it as much as new to there food
Magdalena M.
Its ok but its nit your fault. My rabbit is just spoiled♀️
Greta S.
Timothy loves it! Haybox pellets seem to have one of the best ingredient list compared to even much more expensive products available in UK - no soy, flour, sugar, etc. on top of the ingredients list.
Karen M.
Gingerbread just did not eat these but shall continue to try him on it.
Jacqueline W.
I'd been getting the pets at home pellets for olli, he loves them. they've been out of stock so long I've had to change his diet. I wasn't sure how he would react to the new pellets but he loves them. he can't get enough of them. they have a powerful scent to them. and the second he hears the tub dipping into the pellet bin he runs out to eat them. so a thumps up from olli.
Gemma S.
These are ok but my daughter spent like them as much
Emma N.
Three happy bunnies, Daisy, Buttercup and Clover love it.
Ellie H.
My regular order is hay, rabbit pellets and dandelion roots. So convenient and always fresh and right on time! My only complaint is that the pellets and the dandelion roots come in different parcels, and both the food bags and the posting pack for the roots are plastic. Would be good to package together, and have recyclable food bags.
Emma g.
My bunnys love these nuggets. They have very sensitive tummies so the can have normal nuggets they have to have cold pressed ones and these are a big hit
Christine S.
Always have great service and products
Heather B.
The nuggets are big and fat, not like the image. My rabbits don't like them - I'm not sure if it's the flavour or that they are too big for their dwarf mouths to chew comfortably.
Suzanne S.
I was having difficulty in finding a good pellet for my disabled buns Briar Rose to enjoy. This pellet along with the hay is the best quality and she loves it…thank you!!
Abbie F.
Rabbit won't wat them but usually is crazy for all food
Kerry P.
I chose your product hoping to improve my rabbits digestion - it contains more grass and no soya.
The bag they are in is plain with just a hand written letter R, there is no label and also they don't resemble the pellets pictured. This made me think I'd ordered wrong but having read some reviews I realised it was okay.
My two liked them from the start and as the nuggets are quite chunky they take longer to eat which keeps them occupied for longer. I'll definitely buy them again.
Michelle
My order came super quick ordered some Timothy hay, tasters, a tunnel and hay cookies and the boys are tucking in already
Rebecca M.
So handy to have a bowl of these aswell as the timothy hay. Our rabbits love them!
Nicola G.
Great service, value and quick delivery! I'm sure the product is great but my bunny won't touch it! Such a shame but going to keep trying.
Nef
it took my rabbit a while to take to these but now he happily eats them. he is incredibly fussy and will not eat hay so I needed a high quality hay based pellet to be his complete diet. I'm very pleased that he will eat these as the ingredients look fantastic and he has totally ignored other good pellets like oxbow. he is a giant breed so the larger pellet size suits him but from other reviews I gather the mould has been changed a few times-at this time they are like large ridged cylinders. I will continue buying these pellets exclusively. however, I was a bit surprised that they arrived in an unmarked bag with no invoice or note, label etc as it didn't inspire confidence in the company. I was glad to be proven wrong about my first impressions.
Sam C.
We like these better than the nuggets we were using. I'm converted!
Hannah G.
Unfortunately my rabbits hate these. I have one super fussy rabbit and should have really known he wouldn't like these, but my other will literally eat anything and she picks at these without eating much.
I read the description and thought these sounded great, super healthy and I just want the best for my buns but now have to go out and buy yet more food for them as they won't touch these.
Picture is also quite misleading.
Rebecca B.
Our order arrived really quickly and the products all seem really good quality. Our new bunny (pictured) and our other boy, both love all their new food and treats. Will definitely order again.
Abigail B.
The photos look very deceiving as they look like a normal round pellet type, and my Dutch didn’t like that type of pellet last time I tried her. However my dwarf lop, the Dutch’s husbun, loves them.
I leave a scoop in their bowl, alongside their usual pellet food, for the dwarf lop to graze on as his very underweight and little lady tends to pig other foods, but she won’t touch this food so a win win For her husbun.
Asif P.
Not hard and crunchy like store bought ones, these are much softer. Both my rabbits refuse to eat them. £6 down the drain.
Also as another reviewer has stated, these look different to the picture.
Leanne H.
They arent the small individual pellets as pictured, rather more like small dog chew treats size. No help from contacting them other than "i cant really see what seems to be the problem"
Janet M.
Will soon be going to Kit Wilson Trust to adopt a pair of rabbits.. Wanted everything to be ready for them in their new quarters. Very impressed with your products and service and will be reordering as and when.
Amanda C.
My rabbit tried these and is not sure. He's fussy.
Jaslin G.
These are bigger than other ones I have used but the rabbits loved them.
Ruth C.
Snowy loves these pellets, always rushed back to her cage to eat them
Val M.
the bunnies love the nuggets sprinkled in with their hay
Lucy A.
Rabbit clearly enjoys the pellets - highly recommended.
Rebecca M.
Usually these rabbit pellets are high quality and are tightly pressed together and takes the rabbits a long time to eat however this time the pellets were softer which has left the rabbits less satisfied.
Megan J.
These pellets have to be the healthiest I've ever seen. All good ingredients without the rubbish fillers that other pellets put in. My two buns aren't as obsessed with these as they are with their previous pellets, but I think that's just because they're not stuffed with sugar! I'll be weaning them onto these pellets and keeping their old ones as treats. My youngest is prone to bladder sludge and is on a low sugar, low calcium diet - these pellets will be ten times better for him.
Emma A.
She had a nibble straight away.but because she had so many other things to eat she left it for them.i think it will be something she comes back to later on. Looks a good product and very good for the teeth.
Laura T.
Bear loves these and they last ages as they are bigger than usual ones, which also makes him think they are more like a treat so a bonus
Lorin B.
Nuggets too big and rabbits didnt really like it
Tina L.
My bunny has turned his nose up at this food. It’s a strange shape and size for him to eat and when I offered him the tin, he turned his back on it. I am persevering with it, mixing it with his ordinary food. But I think it’s a miss.
Rhian E.
My rescue rabbits love these
Karmen B.
My bun refused to eat other brand's pellets so we got a sample from the Haybox and he tried them right away so seems like we have a winner.
Layla G.
These nuggets are loved by my 2 bunnys. I think they belive they are little treats. They are very heavy for their size. This means that not only are the space saving, they are great for nibbling on. The pellets are clover type shape, not thin sauages.
Alannah L.
My bunnies don't seem to like this much, I always have them there if they fancy some but unfortunately it wont be replacing their original food as they usually turn their noses up to it.
amy h.
The trouble with these pellets are that they are to large. Some people havn't the time to be breaking these into smaller portions. But the trouble with this, is to many are then given to bunny making them fat.
The starch amount is also worrying as is doesn't say whether it is made up of sugar, fibre or fructose. So calorie content could be higher than other pellets.
We just want whats best for bun so this info is crucial and should be explained.
Amy H.
The main picture is misleading also the ingredients namely 'starch' 6%. Please what is the calories of these pellets and what starch is made up of, l cannot seem to get a reply. My boy rabbit liked them straight away but my girl is still deciding. I might buy these again if l can get the info required.
Grazina B.
Very happy with this product
Definitely will order more
Ruth K.
The pellets are too big to fit into their treat ball which is how they usually eat them. They are very good at playing nose ball!!! They will eat the pellets but not overjoyed with them
Lora H.
Bunny loves this pellet food! I will definitely be making a second order soon!
Abbie G.
Loves his nuggets .
Jay
Good looking pellets, smell sweet but not very grassy. Arrived in a sturdy resealable bag with a nice handwritten label. My rabbit went for them as soon as I offered and seems to love them.
The pellets clearly look different from the photo, which is not necessarily bad but it would be reassuring if the listing had an up-to-date and accurate representation.
Birgit R.
Very good product !
Andrea M.
My rabbits dont seem it like it which is a massive shame! It is quite big and not sure if that’s the problem as it looks very fresh, my guinea piggies love this food (but the one for piggies)
Katerina H.
Good quality and my rabbits really enjoy it
Christopher H.
Neither rabbit touched them. Tried to feed over few days and won't go near them. Tried again a week later and still wouldn't try. Of all the different pellets bought, these are the only ones the wouldn't eat. Look nothing like they do in the picture
Amanda L.
Gizmo loves the nuggets!
