Our Ultra Premium & extremely popular ‘Perfect Blend’ is the perfect amount of both stalky and soft timothy hay. If you're looking for something extra stalky, we recommend opting for our 'Timothy Coarse Cut'. Or for something softer, our 'Timothy Soft Cut'.

The hay is quite dusty which isn’t usually the case when I order from hay box I understand it’s probably a mistake so I wouldn’t request a refund but maybe just a better quality check next time as I enjoy hay box’s speedy services!

I have tried other cheaper suppliers but keep coming back to Haybox. Raven and Rascal love the long stalks , even stealing them off each other ! I know it's great for their teeth and keeps them happy and healthy.

New packing is awful it’s arrived half open on one end & it’s really difficult to open and close the box, will now have to transfer from this box to another box to store. Really not happy with the quality of the service that keeps changing!

I ordered 2x 5kg Handpacked Hay blend and when it came the hay is basically a compacted hay (plastic wrapped) transferred to a box! It is full of short stems and dust. This isn’t the first time this has happened

I love Haybox and the hay you provide. This time, the box has changed to a front opening box which makes a right mess when getting the hay out! I usually order 2.5kg of coarse Timothy but this time I ordered the blend, so I don’t know if that’s the difference, but my sweeping brush is getting a lot of work from the front opening box Bunny loves the hay though ☺️

Recently returned to Haybox and our last order was fine however, this recent batch is really dusty and short stalks some of it is mulch! Delivery was slow, not impressed, will be considering alternative suppliers.

Excellent service too! The courier only delivered half my order (no fault of Haybox). When contacting Haybox, as courier wouldn't investigate when contacting them, they sent me a replacement box straight away.

Nice green hay, only issue is this delivery was different than the previous one. These has been cut shorter and I can see that there will be a lot of crumbs leftover in the end, hopefully no more than half a kg.

I purchased the free trial box and my bunny loved both the soft and coarse. I inmediately purchased the large bale of mixed soft and coarse timothy hay. He has not touched it. Absolutely dislikes it. Would not recommend unfortunately.

I've ordered from Haybox for years and recently have noticed a decline in the quality. I go for the hand packed option but it seems more like a compressed bale once you open the box. There is more of a coarse cut inside too.

I’ve ordered this hay for years and has always been great. The past two deliveries however, the box seems different. It doesn’t fold out, instead it opens out at the top. I prefer the box where I can reclose it so it keeps the hay fresh.

1st thing is the quality is amazing, fresh, Green and sweet smelling.
I’m a hay fever sufferer and have had no issues.
Decided on the 2.5kg mixed blend bale as it’s a nice balance of what she likes.
It arrived in 48hrs, tracking info was spot on.

Will be subscribing, ok so its not cheap but it’s gourmet hay compared to the dry brown bales I’ve bought from Pets and Home and other pet food stores.

This is not a blend hay. These hays better for goats or cattles rather then guinea pigs.

We’ve previously ordered the mixed hay blend for our rabbits and have always been happy with it, but this recent order has been disappointing.
The hay arrived in a different box — smaller but taller than the original packaging. Unfortunately, the new design makes it much harder to keep the hay fresh, as it doesn’t close as securely as the previous box did. The original packaging was much more practical for storage.
We also noticed there seems to be a lot more dead hay in this batch, which we haven’t experienced before. The quality doesn’t feel as consistent as previous orders.
We’ve been happy in the past, so we’re hoping this is just a one-off, but the packaging and quality changes have definitely been noticeable.

Haybox is by far the best hay out there, I’ve been using it for five years now and never had an issue. Hay is always fresh and green and long strands. I’ve tried many other online brands and never have got the same quality as this, it’s always brown and stringy!
