My sister ordered my hay up until recently, but her guinea pigs have now passed away. I have ordered exactly the same hay and same as what I have ordered in the past (mix blend) and it’s awful it’s so coarse my pigs won’t touch it. Absolute waste of 20 odd pounds. It’s clear the wrong hay has been given.

My piggies love the hay from haybox. I ordered the Timothy blend hay, it was a bit more crunchy than I expected, I dunno if ive received the right hay or not as there isn’t much soft bits but none the less the piggies jump straight in their litter box to munch away into the wee hours of the morning. They aren’t fond of the pellets I ordered, they prefer the ones they were on originally from pets at home but im determined to get them off of filler ingredients!

My pig prefers the smoother grain Timothy hay or the meadow grass. The blend that I got is a bit to course for him and he will only eat the ears

Unfortunately neither of our bunnies are eating it. We've tried chopping it up, mixing it with the meadow hay that they do eat.. it's just left. It is very thick, long and dry. It doesn't smell like sweet hay. Although it looks great, they don't like it. I should have got a taster box as now have a huge box of hay that we can't use. Thinking about taking it to a rescue for them to use.

We have been using haybox for a few years and always receive the freshest hay. Our Guinea pigs love it. They must do because they eat far more of it than the other hay we were buying! Any problems or issues we have had (only one) have been dealt with quickly. Customer service is brilliant.

This is a better quality hay than any store-bought alternative, and it's really easy to adjust a subscription to fit your needs. It is great value for money, and I would highly recommend it.

Quality of the product is excellent but the soft blend is a better choice for my bunny. He enjoys a little of the more fibrous hay but the blend box is overall a bit harsh for his needs. So the 3 star rating is due to preference not to quality.

Have had a few boxes of your hay for our two bunnies but this recent batch that we’ve bought 10KG of they don’t seem interested in the slightest. It looks rather yellow compared to the fresh green hay that we’ve had in the past!
Disappointed, especially with the cost of it.
