Half of the haybox is full of this spiky bramble. I normally get amazing Timothy Hay from Haybox, but this is terrible.
It’s difficult to separate the ‘bramble’ from the actual hay and my children have hurt themselves trying to feed our rabbits in the morning/evening. Not sure whether this is good for the rabbits either.

Have ordered Timothy hay blend many times over the years but seem to be struggling now, this order contains a lot of dust? I know some settles and is to be expected but this is more than usual. It’s a shame as I only ordered 2.5kg due to the fact my last order, before Christmas, was all very coarse yet I’d ordered Timothy blend as normal. Not sure where to go next

The next boxes are absolutely awful first time I ordered I got a box that just opened at the top , the last 2 times I’ve got this silly box that opens form the side and then lifts it’s just way too fiddly the old boxes are better. I love the hay tho

Haybox seem to be using DHL now so we have still not received the order after 5 days. Apparently it might come tomorrow. Have had to source other Hay for our bunnies. Haybox used to be really good and fast delivery. Now the delivery is dire.

I ordered 2x 5kg Handpacked Hay blend and when it came the hay is basically a compacted hay (plastic wrapped) transferred to a box! It is full of short stems and dust. This isn’t the first time this has happened

I love Haybox and the hay you provide. This time, the box has changed to a front opening box which makes a right mess when getting the hay out! I usually order 2.5kg of coarse Timothy but this time I ordered the blend, so I don’t know if that’s the difference, but my sweeping brush is getting a lot of work from the front opening box Bunny loves the hay though ☺️

Excellent service too! The courier only delivered half my order (no fault of Haybox). When contacting Haybox, as courier wouldn't investigate when contacting them, they sent me a replacement box straight away.

Nice green hay, only issue is this delivery was different than the previous one. These has been cut shorter and I can see that there will be a lot of crumbs leftover in the end, hopefully no more than half a kg.

I purchased the free trial box and my bunny loved both the soft and coarse. I inmediately purchased the large bale of mixed soft and coarse timothy hay. He has not touched it. Absolutely dislikes it. Would not recommend unfortunately.

I've ordered from Haybox for years and recently have noticed a decline in the quality. I go for the hand packed option but it seems more like a compressed bale once you open the box. There is more of a coarse cut inside too.
