Our Ultra Premium & extremely popular ‘Perfect Blend’ is the perfect amount of both stalky and soft timothy hay. If you're looking for something extra stalky, we recommend opting for our 'Timothy Coarse Cut'. Or for something softer, our 'Timothy Soft Cut'.

My boy loves this hay, he always wants to climb into the box. He loves to spread it around in his room to make a mess and then eat what he wants.
the compact box makes it so much easier to store when/if I was to buy in bulk. Less problems with dust and just easier to get to the hay instead of having large amounts of plastic that I cannot reuse.
I like to give my rabbit the boxes when they are almost empty so that he may chew on it and it provides a bit of extra enrichment when I throw treats or pellets inside it.
thank you so much, will never be going back to pets at home, as they never had the proper hay (and were wrapped in plastic) I would also always find other plants inside the hay which would always make me worry. Never had that problem with Haybox!

I usually like haybox, but sometimes their boxes are a hit and miss. It's the second time buying the Timothy blend and the first I'm time it looked like the pictures and my buns loved it, the second time it just looked just like course hay and my buns hardly make a scratch of it and iv has to throw out a small bin bags full as they weren't eating it.

I prefer the older version of the 5kg box (attached in the picture) as the smaller one is harder to use, and the 10kg version is too large. The old 5kg box fit well on top of the cable, allowing me to take out the grass without closing the upper door of the rabbit cage. The newer version, being shorter, interferes with the cage door when opened, unlike the original, which was taller and cleared the door. As well the new one is too compressed and hard to take out. I'll repurchase it to check for any changes; otherwise, I may need to find an alternative supplier that better suits my space

the hay is full of dust really bad, there is a lot of brown it looks green on top but once you start moving it about you find all the brown, i feed my guinea pigs green hay not brown i would not eat food that was old and brown so why would i feed my guinea pigs brown hay,

This is the 3rd time I've ordered and I'll be returning forever. The colour of the hay is unreal, it's so green and gorgeous and the smell of the hay is amazing, never knew I could get so excited over hay :-). I've never seen Guinea Pigs get so excited as well, in fact they popcorn around when their new hay is put in. Have 5 happy guinea pigs.

My last few orders I've ordered and paid for 2 x 2.5kg boxes, but only received 1 x 2.5kg. I didn't realise, I thought the rabbits were getting through more hay than usual and that you'd packed it more tightly,
but when checked the box weight it says 2.5kg. Really disappointed to have wasted money and not received what have paid for. I've clicked on "Contact us" on my phone/mobile site and it doesn't work so no idea how to get in touch

Best hay that's out there. Always been a favourite with our girls. They get so excited when they hear the rustling of the hay in the box. We got one of the 'taster packs' so we could see which they liked and this hay was by far their favourite... and so it's been the one we've bought ever since.

The new 5kg box is smaller than the previous one, even though the weight remains the same. The grass inside is more compressed, making it harder to take out and close the box. I hope it can be adjusted back to the original size for easier handling.

Delivered very quickly and In a strong box. Hand packed by Heather. It is always very a fresh green colour and the smell is fab. I built my own hay storage box to retain the freshness and the contents fit perfectly. Dust free. if you are just thinking about buying some I recommend not thinking any more and go ahead and buy some. Trial packs are available but really not necessary.
