Lovely fresh hay.
Unfortunately it was delivered to the wrong house and the box was ripped on three sides and had to taped up before we could walk with back to our house.

Hay is always amazing. My bunnies love it. This next part relates to my previous order - last month my boxes seemed to have been forgotten by the carrier. I dropped an email to the Team and they contacted them straight away and let me know that, if not located within a day, a replacement would be organised. The delivery was then sorted out very quickly. An amazing Team you have there!

Hand-packed hay is always good. No complaint with that.

The hay is amazing quality and our bunnies love it. More recently however you’ve switched to DPD and the deliveries are now absolutely shocking. DPD tries to deliver it to the wrong houses and wrong streets, repeatedly and I have to try and find out where it is. Once they just dropped it at the post office randomly. It used to be so much better. We love the hay but the delivery is casting a large shadow on the end-to-end customer experience. That’s a real shame. I appreciate it’s not your fault per se, but the customer experience is poor enough to make people look elsewhere.

The 10kg box of hay seems to last quite a while with my 2 Rabbits, it's far far better quality than you'd buy from a pet store, they also enjoy the Plantain and other treats too.

I’ve tried quite a few different Timothy hays over the years, and HayBox is definitely one of the best we’ve had. I have 6 guinea pigs and 1 rabbit, so we go through a lot of hay, and they can be surprisingly picky! As soon as I opened the box, you could smell how fresh it was, and all of them were straight over to investigate.
The hay is green, soft, and not overly dusty, which is really important for my pets. My guinea pigs have been eating much more of it compared to previous brands, and my rabbit keeps going back for seconds throughout the day. I also like that the strands are a good length and easy to stuff into hay racks and enrichment toys.
Overall, the freshness is what really stands out for me. With seven small animals to feed, quality matters, and HayBox has been a big hit in our house. I’ll definitely be using haybox for my animals in future.

Love this hay we've been ordering for a few years now and never had a bad batch. Only issue is sometimes the courier takes longer than expected to deliver. We get a delivery date and time, then suddenly it's no longer coming then but the mext working day. Not great if this happens on a Friday, so I try to order early.

I was also really pleased with the free taster box, as it gave my bunnies the chance to try different blends and show me which ones they preferred. When it arrived the seal was ripped open which has put me off even using it as why would anyone want to take any risks with their fur babies and the box was filthy and battered. I got a message on Tuesday 16th saying that it was out for delivery it never turned up and was giving no communications as to why, the next day it all of a sudden was delivered. I know this may be a problem with the carrier service but still an issue

Sadly we’ve just now found so much of prickly twig like stems in this batch together with very tiny strips of hay which is not the normal quality we are used to having throughout our time purchasing with yourselves and which I am unwilling to give my bunnies in case of harm as thorns have caught me. Half of the haybox is full of this spiky bramble. I normally get amazing Timothy Hay from Haybox, but this is terrible.
It’s difficult to separate the ‘bramble’ from the actual hay and my children have hurt themselves trying to feed our rabbits in the morning/evening. Not sure whether this is good for the rabbits either.

Have ordered Timothy hay blend many times over the years but seem to be struggling now, this order contains a lot of dust? I know some settles and is to be expected but this is more than usual. It’s a shame as I only ordered 2.5kg due to the fact my last order, before Christmas, was all very coarse yet I’d ordered Timothy blend as normal. Not sure where to go next
