Haybox was ordered on 31st of December, it's now the 5th of January and I still have not received my order. DPD refused to deliver my order claiming they could not find it in their van. It's 2x10kg boxes of hay, hardly hard to miss. Anyway. I can't leave a good review when I haven't even received the hay.

My buns absolutely love this hay, quality of the hay is 10+. My buns originally was on a different brand of hay and their poops were awful however, being on this hay their poops are perfect and the buns can’t get enough of it. Would recommended to any bunny family :)

My bunny’s like the hay and it always looks green and fresh when it arrives. The problem I have though is that the plastic bags the hay itself comes in has often split open in the box before it’s even been delivered. Not ideal but still a good hay to use albeit a pricey one.

It's nice and green and smells good but there's alot of short bits in it, like some of its been swept up off the floor! You can't get it in a hay rack properly because it's so short... it just falls out and alot gets wasted.

Love your hay. Didn't like the way I was sent the last order. Three five kg bales...two in a box and a Timothy hay wrapped and taped to the open other box..which was bigger than the two bales it held meaning they moved about the box in transit...and the Timothy hay was damaged by being stuck on the end of the long box. I appreciate that it made it into one package instead of two... totally get that but it didn't keep the hay in good condition for transport, which is a shame. It's unusual for me to order three at once so must end by saying I never have any problems with my regular orders. Hay and service is first class. I wasn't going to say anything but since you pressed for a review

Nice fresh hay packed in 2x separate 5kg bags which I prefer and think is a better way to supply than my last supplier. The hay smells lovely and is nice and dry and completely green in colour through out. The rabbits love it, perfect. Will be ordering more in the future.

My rabbit loves his hay, it's affordable and comes with little to no dust. Some of the pieces of hay are even the size of an entire rabbit when they're stretched out on their belly, maybe even longer. The delivery is pretty fast too. If I choose hand packed hay, it'll take about a week to arrive, but compressed hay can arrive the next day sometimes.
